Elder Scrolls Online Review

Journal Entry: Wed Feb 26, 2014, 7:35 PM

Hey everyone,

Now that the NDA has been officially lifted, I can finally share some screens of my Dunmer's adventures in Tamriel, along with my thoughts on the gameplay/storyline and etc ... I am not a professional game reviewer (obviously) so I'll keep this short and then just post some fanart later to really express my love for ESO.

First of all, I am completely addicted to this game. The environments are gorgeous and detailed and there is plenty of open world exploration/main quests/side quests/interesting NPC's and everything else I love about the Elder Scrolls. I am not an MMO player, but, strangely enough, I found the PVP side of this game to be just as addictive, if not moreso. Taking Keeps and resources in Cyrodiil is a whole lot of fun, especially when you have a large group to join up with. There is a good variety of siege weapons you can buy and, also, there are certain tactics you can use with each to take a Keep or resource (farm, mine or lumbermill) successfully.

Anyways, here are some of my favorite screenshots:

One of my favorite NPC's so far! Razum-dar!

Suffice to say, I cannot wait till ESO goes live! Also, there is a ESO beta test this weekend and many are being invited! Please check your emails and, if you didn't sign up for the beta, everyone is getting a free beta key to hand out for a friend (so ask around if you don't have one)! :D

I found the game pretty enjoyable too. I played the game with my gf and we both bought our own copies of the game and are going to play when it's released. And the pvp was just glorious.

Some of my graphic settings are lowered so I can play the game better.  Even then, I think the graphics in ESO are incredible for an online game.

Nice review,I got a key myself, though I'm a bit skeptic (a little bit compared to skyrim),but I'm sure the game will turn out okay. :)

Nice to hear, even though I'm so deeply involved in Assassin's Creed right now I can't imagine starting something new! Have fun!
