I have to say I was disappointed. All it was was a stamina potion by another name.
I know Bathesda can do drugs in games. Fallout has chems, even with the possibility to become addicted. so why can't you become addicted to skooma?
It just doesn't seem to be the scary, life-stealing drug that people act like it is. Even basic alchohol has more negative effects than skooma does.
