You are getter more amazing each time! I personally prefer just uploaded the penciled version then coloring in that. XD OR line arting the penciled version then coloring it. Either way, a penciled version is always involved
Gelebor! I love how his piercing blue eyes stand out in the dark.
It seems you used the same (or similar) brush/texture for the skin and the hair. I recommend trying to keep the textures for each different surface different if you're trying to get some texture in your paintings. The brush you used works for the hair, but I recommend keeping the skin a bit smoother. (I also still see a few black lines. A bit around the nose. and that line between the nose and mouth).
Oh. and I challenge you to not cover your character in darkness with your next painting. If you do, then I challenge you to use reflective light or another light source. I know it's difficult. But that way you are forced to figure out how to give shape to the entire character. Which will help you improve.
Also, I hope I don't give you the impression that I don't like these paintings. Or give you the impression that you're not doing it right or something. (I'm still learning myself...) I do like them. Just trying to help you improve, because you want to improve. So uh,.. if I'm criticizing too much, let me know. I'll shut up. It's just. No one else has the guts to criticize. So the heavy task falls on me. *don't hate me* I DO IT BECAUSE I LUFF YOU! I just hope you find my pathetic attempt at advice at least somewhat useful. xD;
